Idiot kills Taxi man Imitating GTA IV

One of the largest video game distributors in Asia has halted sales of the Grand Theft Auto IV in Thailand after a teenager confessed to robbing and murdering a taxi driver while trying to recreate a scene from the game.

This story had me disturbed...People really this stupid? I mean honestly! If a 12 year old did this it would still be bad but not look as bad as this. This man is 19, older than me ffs. I remember how much controversy GTA San Andreas caused because of the hot cofee mod. I hope GTA IV don't suffer for this too much.

Most of the sa-mp community now are really young, I pray for the safety of others.

Yo peeps, it�s your boy Z again for the second time haha, The Mob going for 2 years now and still going strong! It�s amazing after so much we went through as a gang from stalkers, clan members trying to screw with us from other clans, psychopaths online, we had so much drama haha, so much! and with so many members going in and out over the period of time. I would never imagine just a simple group created to practice my business classes from school would become something so massive and well known within the community; Being #1 in every aspect of the game.
The Mob is just the best place to be right now I mean honestly the members are just real laid back and here to have some fun! We got members who have been here 2 years with us who practically started with me. Those are what you call true members! Through thin and thick stay and help.

We got nearly 1100 Registered members, 2.5 million hits on the website and 42 000 post on the forums WOW! I can remember when it was 10 post and all 10 were by me haha and 100 hits from 100 refreshes lol. Just check our War Roster, we have slaughtered many clans and the list just keeps getting longer and longer! We even won 1 on our birthday! Seems we make it a habit of winnign on our birthdays LOL

MOB wins 5-0 in what was a ok match but could of been much better. Match was planned as a 4v4 but after 3 rounds another Mz member had to leave so we decided to only play 5 rounds and end it there.

MOB VS M2S-SA:MP World Cup Quarter-Final

MOB beats M2S 3-2 in what was a very tense and exciting match with minimal flaming M2S drew the lead 2-0 with some very good nade tactics on our bases that caught us by suprise, but the adrenaline started to flow then MOB took control of the remaining rounds.

This was a great match, seemed very exiting! Telling from the video both clans are skilled but the better was the clan who took victory. Very nice bases and rounds, [MOB] Clan has done it again.

SA-MP 0.2.2 R3 Client Released

"To address a recent security problem, we have released the SA-MP 0.2.2 R3 client. It is available on the Download Page. This is an optional update, although highly recommended. The SA-MP 0.2.2 R3 client works on all SA-MP 0.2.2 servers.

Updates to the SA-MP 0.2.2 server are not required at this time.

Apart from security updates, the 0.2.2 R3 client also fixes some crashes/bugs from previous versions. The following updates have been made:

- Removed all SAC code. This fixes a security vulnerability mentioned earlier.
- Fixed problem with clipboard text not copying externally.
- Fixed time/fog/lighting flickering when the passing of time is disabled.
- Fixed some vehicle audio problems (silent cars/planes/boats/helis).
- Fixed texture lag/streaming popups when many models were loaded.
- Fixed some car mod shop crashes.
- Alternate siren for police vehicles is now synced.
- TextDraw code is completely rewritten. It now works in interiors and will disable with the scoreboard.
- Crashes caused by DestroyVehicle script are fixed.
- Imported some of the 0.2.5 vehicle surfing code.
- Added command /fpslimit to adjust the frame rate limiter. Valid /fpslimit values are 20-100.
